the convenient lie
Even shorter now, this is the 3rd time i’m writing this post since the last 2 miraculously dissapeared.
Well, so, i went the local supermarket last week, groceries and all. Outside tehre’s these guys yelling how we should all read"de socialist", obviously a socialist newspaper. Since i’m not a huge lover of news or any newsmedia for that matter, i ignored the call of the red sirens and went in. After getting my veggies and what not, i come out and they’re still there. This time however shouting about a subject that did interest me, the current events with the Fortis bank and the loss of 4pointsomething billion and how it is unacceptable. I do disagree that it is unacceptable, so i got the newspaper. It cost me 1,50 euro as opposed to getting it for free as i naturally expected from the socialist point of view. I come home, put the juice in the cupboard and start reading. NOT A WORD about the Fortis bank, NOT A TRACE of the 4pointsomething billion.
Leaving me with a question more burning than the money issue.
